What is the true divine heavenly state according to Sai's teachings? Is it a physical place?

According to the teachings in Chapter 37, heaven is not a physical location but a state of being. It is described as the Vairaj (the Cosmic Being) itself, a state of consciousness free from mental grief. This divine heavenly state is characterized by the absence of disease, worry, illness, sorrow, hunger, thirst, and the fear of old age or death. It is a condition where the soul moves about completely fearless, without the duality of 'do's and don'ts'. This state is attainable by crossing the 'nooses of death'—unrighteousness, ignorance, anger, and hatred.
