What is the story of the diseased tiger that was brought before Sai Baba and what happened to it?

A group of darveshis brought a fierce, diseased, and restless tiger before Sai Baba after getting his permission. As described in Chapter 31, upon seeing the radiant Sai and coming near his feet, the tiger was startled and bowed its head with reverence. After their eyes met, the tiger struck its tail on the ground three times, placed its body at Sai's feet, let out one terrifying roar, and immediately died.
