What is the story of Narayanrao and the establishment of 'Anandashram'?

The story of Narayanrao, a devotee of Sai Baba, is a testament to the fruits of following Baba's advice. As told in Chapter 33, Narayanrao was working as a servant for Ramchandra Vaman Modak. During a visit for Baba's darshan, Baba prophetically told him that his time in service was over and he should start an independent business. Trusting Sai's words, Narayanrao's circumstances changed, his job ended, and he embraced independence. He established an enterprise which he named "Anandashram." The business prospered, its reputation grew, and his mind found peace, which cemented his devotion to Sai Baba's feet.
