What is the story of Balasaheb's mother that begins in Chapter 40?

Chapter 40 introduces a narrative about a great devotee named Balasaheb, the Mamlatdar of Dahanu. His mother was very religious and had performed numerous vows and fasts, but she had not yet completed the formal concluding ceremony known as Udyapan. According to this chapter, the Udyapan was essential for the vows to be considered complete and for the merit to be accrued. To conclude about twenty-five or thirty vows, she planned to feed one or two hundred Brahmins. Balasaheb, understanding the importance of the Guru's blessing, wrote a letter to have Sai Baba invited, stating that the ceremony would be incomplete without His presence.
