What is the story from chapter 33 about Appasaheb and his unfulfilled promise of ten rupees?

📖 Chapter 33

According to Chapter 33, a devotee named Appasaheb felt that a one-Rupee offering made by a family to a Fakir was insufficient. He thought to himself that if he had been there, he would have given ten times more. This created a mental debt. The text explains that not long after, a Fakir, who the narrative implies may have been Baba in disguise, came to Appa. However, Appa was suspicious of the stranger. Even though he had six Rupees readily available, he hesitated and ultimately did not make the offering, failing to fulfill the word he had given in his mind.
