What is the story behind the Pir's tomb near the Neem tree, and what were Maharaj's instructions regarding it?

As recounted in Chapter 0, Maharaj once pointed to a spot under a Neem tree near the village boundary and stated that a Pir's tomb was located there. When the area was excavated based on his word, a tomb was indeed unearthed, leading the villagers to hold a celebratory procession for Maharaj. He referred to this sacred place as "our father's place" and gave a specific instruction for its veneration. Maharaj said, "Burn incense here every Thursday and Friday; that will be for your own welfare," thus establishing its importance as a site for regular worship.
