What is the story behind the construction of Dixit Wada? When was the foundation laid?

The idea for Dixit Wada began during Kakasaheb Dixit's second visit to Shirdi in December 1909. As chapter 4 recounts, his first thought was to build a simple tin-roofed structure for pilgrims, but this soon evolved into a firm decision to build a proper Wada. After securing Sai Baba's approval, the foundation stone was laid the following year. The text specifies that the foundation was completed on the ninth of December, which was considered an auspicious time. The next day, December tenth, Baba gave the final order for Dixit to proceed with the work.
