What is the story behind Laxmichand and the guavas (perus) on his way to Shirdi?

The incident with the guavas, or perus, is a significant part of Laxmichand's journey. Chapter 28 explains that Laxmichand knew Baba loved guavas and planned to buy some in Kopargaon to offer him. However, he became distracted and forgot to purchase them. Shortly after, as their tanga sped towards Shirdi, they saw an old woman running behind them with a basket on her head. They stopped, and discovered she was carrying guavas. She even asked them to offer some to Baba for her. This event, where the forgotten offering miraculously appeared, was a profound lesson for Laxmichand on how Baba's grace orchestrates events for his devotees.
