What is the significance of reading the Sai Satcharitra, according to the text itself?

According to Chapter 35, the act of reading the Sai Satcharitra holds immense spiritual power. The text asserts that any place where it is recited becomes the equivalent of the Dwarakamai monastery, and Sai himself is surely manifest there. It is believed that Sai's residence is always present where his life story is read with faith. The text beautifully suggests that by remembering Sai through these stories, he removes crises, just as his presence with his sacred fire (Dhuni) in Shirdi does. Repeating his life story with devotion is said to please him in every way.
