What is the significance of chapters 52 and 53 in the Shri Sai Satcharita's composition?

The history of the final chapters is quite interesting. According to the preface in Chapter 0, the author, Annasaheb, had intended for the 52nd chapter to provide a summary and conclusion for the entire work. However, the published version of Chapter 52 did not contain these sections, focusing instead on the greatness of the Sadguru. It is believed that the slips of paper containing the summary verses were lost, as Annasaheb had a habit of writing on such slips. Consequently, a new concluding chapter was prepared and added to the book as the 53rd chapter to properly complete the text.
