What is the process described in the Satcharitra for achieving peace and liberation through devotion to Sai?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 3

Chapter 3 outlines a clear spiritual methodology for attaining peace and liberation. The process starts with listening to Baba's stories with respect. The next step is to contemplate them fully. After contemplation, one should practice deep meditation (Nididhyasana) on what has been heard and understood. This disciplined practice is said to bring peace and cause the mind to transcend its normal state, leading to a heart filled with consciousness. For those who follow this path of surrender, contemplation, and worship with exclusive faith, Baba gives his personal vow, stating, "his liberation is my vow (brid)." Chanting his name, 'Sai, Sai,' is also mentioned as a powerful practice that burns away sins.
