What is the primary teaching in Chapter 21 about why some people fail to meet Saints?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 21

Chapter 21 teaches that encountering Saints and Sages is not a simple matter of proximity but requires good fortune and divine grace. The author, Hemadpant, illustrates this with his own experience. While serving as a Magistrate in Bandra, he lived near a famous Siddha named Pir Maulana but never went for his vision due to his own pride and thinking it was beneath his prestige. As explained in Chapter 21, this demonstrates the principle that even if a Saint is near one's pillow, a sinful or unfortunate person cannot see them. This union is difficult to attain and is only made easy when God's grace is present.
