What is the path to achieving 'Moksha' (liberation), and what are the main obstacles mentioned in the text?

📖 Chapter 50

According to Chapter 50, the path to Moksha, or liberation, is not through any external act but through an internal realization. It is explicitly defined as 'abiding in one's own form.' This state is achieved only when the knowledge of the unity of Brahman and the Soul arises, which dispels the foundational ignorance (Avidya). The text also highlights significant obstacles that prevent this realization. These include the deep-seated delusion of identifying with the body and possessions, expressed as "I am the body, mine are wife and home." Furthermore, intellectual pride, such as thinking "Skilled in scriptures, possessing genius, there is no other equal to me," is identified as a form of Maya that causes dissatisfaction and must be removed for true knowledge to dawn.
