What is the origin story behind the name 'Sai Baba' as explained in Chapter 0?

📖 Chapter 0

The name 'Sai Baba' was spontaneously given to Maharaj upon his arrival at the Khandoba temple in Shirdi. As detailed in Chapter 0, a man named Mhalasapati, who was a devotee of Khandoba, saw Maharaj enter the temple wearing a kafni, cap, and dhoti. Mhalasapati immediately welcomed him with the words 'Aavo Sai Baba,' which means 'Come, Sai Baba.' Maharaj held onto this name for the rest of his life, and the text notes that when asked his name during a commission, he simply replied, 'They call me Sai Baba.'
