During the Ram Navami fair, a central event was a grand procession where two large ceremonial flags were taken to the Masjid and tied at its two ends. Chapter 0 identifies the patrons who provided these significant offerings. One of the flags was contributed by Shankarrao Raghunath Deshpande, who was also known as Nanasaheb Nimonkar. Nanasaheb was a respected leader and Honorary Magistrate who became a devoted follower. The second flag was provided by another devotee, Damu Shet Kasar of Ahmednagar, highlighting the widespread devotion Maharaj inspired among his followers from different regions.
