What is the importance of the Guru's physical form (Saguna) in achieving spiritual understanding, based on this chapter?

📖 Chapter 52

Chapter 52 explains that the Guru's physical form, or Saguna, is a crucial step toward spiritual realization. The text posits that without first entering the Saguna form, the light of the Self cannot be known, because the formless, attributeless Parabrahma is entirely difficult to understand on its own. It is by meditating immensely on Sai's physical form that the subtle nature of the Self will eventually manifest as the attachment to the form itself vanishes. Sai, through his form, showed his feet and mysteriously led faithful devotees toward the supreme goal of liberation while they were still in the body.
