According to the preface material in Chapter 0, the best and most certain service in writing that grants salvation is to write the biography of one's own Sadguru. This should be undertaken with a pure heart, excellent faith, selfless love, and unwavering devotion. The process doesn't end with writing; it also involves personally studying the work regularly, performing hundreds of readings known as Parayans, and conducting weekly recitations called Saptahs. This form of service, encompassing both body and speech, is considered highly beneficial and does not interfere with one's worldly responsibilities.
