What is Brahma-Jnana and why is it considered the ultimate remedy in spiritual life?

📖 Chapter 37

Brahma-Jnana, which is the knowledge of Brahman, is presented as the ultimate solution for transcending worldly existence. Chapter 37 describes the ocean of worldly life as being rooted in darkness. To cross this treacherous ocean and reach the other shore, Brahma-Jnana is hailed as the pure remedy and the means to all attainment. The text affirms this by stating, "The knower of Brahman attains the Supreme," and "The knower of the Self crosses sorrow." This realization of Parabrahman is the removal of all evils and the attainment of the heart's deepest desires, a truth validated by the Vedas and Smritis.
