What internal obstacles must we overcome to truly live by Sai's teachings and avoid the 'nooses of death'?

To progress spiritually and build a strong community, one must overcome several internal obstacles described as the 'nooses of death'. According to Chapter 37, these are Adharma (unrighteousness), ignorance, anger, and hatred. He who crosses these enters the heavenly world, which is described as a state free from mental grief. An even deeper obstacle is the deluded knowledge of difference, where one believes, "Parabrahman is different from me." This sense of separation is what subjects a person to the eternal cycle of birth and death, making its removal a critical goal.
