What internal conflicts did Boss Dharamsee face when offered grapes, and how did Baba resolve them?

📖 Chapter 35

Boss Dharamsee faced multiple internal conflicts. Firstly, he had a strong aversion to grapes with seeds, the very kind Baba offered. Secondly, a doctor had forbidden him from eating unwashed fruit, and he felt it was inappropriate to wash them himself in the mosque. This created a dilemma where he found it difficult to eat them but felt it was wrong to reject a Guru's offering. As Chapter 35 explains, his greatest conflict was his skepticism, questioning Baba's awareness of his dislike. Baba resolved this turmoil by directly addressing the unspoken thoughts. By commanding Dharamsee to eat the grapes and miraculously making them seedless, Baba shattered his doubts, erased his health concerns, and transformed his internal conflict into awe and devotion.
