What information did Swami Somdevji provide to the sannyasi Vijayananda in Shirdi?

In Chapter 31, when the sannyasi Vijayananda arrived in Shirdi, he met Swami Somdevji of Haridwar. Vijayananda asked him about the distance to Mansarovar. Swami Somdevji replied that it was about five hundred miles away at the source of the Gangotri. He further warned that the area experiences heavy snowfall, the language changes frequently, and outsiders face significant hardships, which causes fear even among the natives. According to the chapter, hearing this news from the Swami's mouth caused the sannyasi to become dejected and immersed in worry.
