What illness did Amir Shakkar suffer from, and what was Sai Baba's unusual prescription for him?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 22

Amir Shakkar was afflicted with a severe case of rheumatism, which caused him great sorrow and physical pain. When he approached Sai Baba for a remedy, Baba's instruction was quite unconventional. As detailed in Chapter 22, instead of providing a physical medicine, Baba told Amir that he should stay steadily in the Chavadi. This command was presented as the sole remedy, with the narrative explaining that Baba's medicine was simply His word. Amir was expected to follow this instruction with faith, despite the extremely challenging conditions of the place he was told to inhabit.
