What happened when two gentlemen from Goa came to visit Sai Baba, as described in the Shri Sai Satcharitra?

According to the account in Chapter 36, two gentlemen from Goa came together for Sai Baba's darshan. Upon arriving, both surrendered at Sai's feet and were filled with joy. A curious event then unfolded regarding Dakshina, or monetary offerings. Sai Baba specifically asked for fifteen rupees from only one of the men, which that person gave with joy. However, when the second gentleman offered thirty-five rupees of his own accord, Sai Baba immediately rejected the offering. The text mentions that this apparent partiality surprised everyone who was present, including Madhavrao, also known as Shama, who then decided to ask Sai Baba about the reason for his actions.
