๐Ÿ“– Chapter 31

Upon arriving in Shirdi, the Madrasi sannyasi Vijayananda had a significant interaction with Swami Somdevji of Haridwar. As recounted in Chapter 31, Vijayananda asked the Swami about the journey to Mansarovar. Swami Somdevji described the immense hardships, mentioning it was five hundred miles away, with heavy snow and language barriers. This news greatly dejected and distressed Vijayananda. Subsequently, he took darshan of Sai Baba and prostrated at His feet, which pleased his mind. However, Baba's disposition then became disturbed, and He surprisingly told the assembly to send the sannyasi away.
