What happened to the wealthy man, his wife, and Dubki as a result of their actions concerning the land donation?

The consequences of the deceitful land donation were severe and unfolded across lifetimes, as detailed in Chapter 47. In their current lives, a terrible storm and lightning strike caused the wealthy man and his wife to die, and Dubki also passed away. However, their karma continued to bear fruit. The wealthy man was reborn into a poor Brahmin family and named Veerabhadra. His pious wife was reborn as Gauri in a priest's house. Interestingly, Dubki, the original owner of the land, was reborn as a man named Chenbasappa. Baba explains that this "change of state happened for the three; their Karma bore fruit," illustrating how actions in one life directly shape the circumstances and relationships of the next.
