What happened to the original author of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, and how did his death affect the book's conclusion?

The original author, Hemadpant (Dabholkar), passed away suddenly before he could complete the book as intended. Chapter 53 explains that he had promised to provide a summary of the entire work in the final chapter, but this did not happen due to his death, which grieved everyone. His records were described as vast, and after much effort, his son Gajanan provided the necessary materials to a new author. As described in Chapter 53, while the general rule is for the original author to complete their own work, this was an exception where Baba's will was deemed more powerful than a person's own will.
