What happened to Narayanrao immediately following his dream of Sai Baba?

Immediately after Sai Baba appeared to him in a dream and gave him assurance, Narayanrao's health began to improve. As detailed in Chapter 33, exactly as Baba had predicted, improvement came "letter by letter" over the next eight days. By the end of one week, Narayanrao was able to get up and sit by himself, feeling overwhelmed with unstoppable emotion at this miraculous recovery. After some more days passed, he traveled to Shirdi to visit the Samadhi and share the story of his experience.
