What happened on the day Sai Baba asked for khaja prasad?

On what is described as an auspicious day in Chapter 28, devotees went to the masjid and asked Sai Baba what naivedya (food offering) he would like. Baba specifically instructed them, "Bring me a plate full of khaja; then do the arati-puja." After the afternoon arati, Baba announced to all the assembled devotees that he felt like having khaja prasad and urged them to get it quickly so everyone could have as much as they wanted. Following his wish, devotees went and brought two bowls full of khaja, which was then distributed.
