What happened in the first day after Baba passed away?

Immediately after Sai Baba's breath left his body, his devotees began to act. As detailed in Chapter 44, a devotee named Laxman-mama performed worship, and another named Jog conducted the Aarti ceremony with a lamp. This was followed by a prolonged period of discussion and debate that lasted for twenty-six hours. The Hindu and Muslim communities began deliberating on the critical issues of how to perform the final rites for Baba's body and where the Samadhi (tomb) should be located, reflecting the immediate uncertainty and the need for a community decision.
