What happened during the Chavadi procession that involved Laxmichand and Baba's cough?

The Shri Sai Satcharitra, in Chapter 28, describes an incident where Laxmichand was watching the Chavadi procession at night. He observed that Sai Baba developed a cough and a thought spontaneously arose in his mind: "Why does this cough trouble him? It seems like someone's evil eye has affected him." This was merely a private, internal speculation. To his astonishment, when he visited the masjid the next morning, Sai Baba himself brought up the topic and spoke in a manner that was remarkably similar to Laxmichand's unspoken thought, once again showing the devotee Baba's inner knowing.
