What finally convinced the family of the sick boy from Malegaon to go to Shirdi?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 34

The decision to go to Shirdi was made out of desperation after all other options had failed. As detailed in Chapter 34, the boy's ailment, a bone-cyst, could not be cured by any medical remedy, and the family was distressed by his constant suffering. After all medical treatments reached their limit, relatives suggested worshiping deities, but that also brought no relief. It was then that word reached them of a famous Avaliya (saint) in Shirdi, Sai Baba. They heard that this great saint could heal diseases just by his sight and that if he applied Udi with his own hand, even incurable diseases could perish. Viewing this as a last resort, they decided to try this final remedy and seek Sai Baba's darshan.
