What exactly happened to the fierce tiger when it was brought before Sai Baba?

According to the account in Chapter 31, a fierce and diseased tiger was brought by darveshis before Sai Baba. Upon seeing the radiant saint and coming near his feet, the tiger, seemingly startled, bowed its head with great reverence. As Sai gazed at it with a loving heart, the tiger struck its tail on the ground three times, placed its body at Sai's feet, let out a single terrifying roar, and died on the spot. This miraculous event, as described in verses 138 through 141, left all the people present struck with wonder at how the creature met its end.
