What does the text mean by 'non-dual devotion' and attaining a 'natural state' (Sahaj-sthiti)?

📖 Chapter 50

As described in Chapter 50, the "natural state" or "Sahaj-sthiti" refers to a profound state of consciousness "where the pulse of 'I' and 'You' does not exist." This is the goal of "non-dual devotion." It is a state of unity where the distinctions between the devotee, the act of devotion, and the object of devotion (Sai) dissolve. The text clarifies that the aim is to "attain that non-dual devotion," where the reader, the reading, and the subject are perceived "as one state." Ultimately, this leads to the realization that Sai alone "is the thing to be heard, the act of hearing, and the listener."
