What does Sai Baba promise to those who sing his praises and listen to his stories?

In Chapter 3 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, Sai Baba makes several profound promises to his devotees. He assures that for anyone who sings his life story and deeds with fondness, he will "stand before, behind, and on all four sides of him." By listening to these stories with devotion, worldly consciousness fades and devotees will naturally attain joy. Baba explicitly states that he will give the "cloud of joy," eternal happiness, and peace to those who perform his kirtan. Furthermore, he promises that by merely listening to his stories, diseases will be cured, and chanting his name will burn away the sins of the Kali Yuga.
