What does Chapter 37 teach about the cycle of birth and death and the true nature of heaven?

📖 Chapter 37

Chapter 37 provides a deep philosophical perspective on death and rebirth. It defines death not as an end, but as a transition when something that has come into form from the unmanifest returns to the unmanifest. The text identifies adharma (unrighteousness), ignorance, anger, and hatred as the 'nooses of death.' As this chapter explains, one is subject to the eternal cycle of worldly existence (Samsara) when they hold a sense of difference, believing 'Parabrahman is different from me.' True heaven, according to Chapter 37, is not a physical place but the state of the Cosmic Being (Vairaj), a state free from grief, disease, worry, and the fear of death, where the soul moves about completely fearless.
