What does Chapter 29 say about the group of devotees from Madras who visited Shirdi?

📖 Chapter 29

Chapter 29 recounts the story of a group of devotees from the Madras region (now Chennai) who visited Shirdi. This group, consisting of travelers famous for their devotional singing, was on a pilgrimage to Kashi and stopped at Shirdi to have Baba's darshan. According to the chapter, they belonged to the Ramdasi sect and performed their devotional singing with great enthusiasm. Upon having Sai's darshan, they attained peace and stayed near him for several days. Baba, in his characteristic way, sometimes gave them money—specifically eight rupees and eight annas—and at other times sent them away empty-handed, showcasing his unpredictable nature.
