What does Chapter 23 teach about the soul's delusion and the way to find liberation?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 23

According to the teachings in Chapter 23 of the Sai Satcharitra, the soul is inherently beyond the three gunas (qualities) and is of the nature of Existence-Consciousness-Bliss (Sacchidananda). However, it becomes deluded by Maya, forgets its true self, and mistakenly identifies with the body. This leads to the prideful thought "I am the doer, I am the enjoyer," which results in a cycle of distress and calamities. Chapter 23 states unequivocally that the only way to escape this suffering and calm these calamities is through the path of loving devotion, or Bhakti Yoga, at the feet of the Guru.
