What does Chapter 21 teach about the connection between different Saints?

Chapter 21 explains that all Saints, despite appearing in different times and places for specific purposes, are fundamentally interconnected and inseparable from one another. The text uses an analogy, comparing the spiritual realm to a kingdom where a sovereign king establishes outposts with officers to maintain order. In the same way, the "Emperor of Self-bliss" manifests as various Saints who invisibly manage His kingdom. As stated in Chapter 21, although their country, time, and physical forms may differ, the inner signs of one Saint are completely known by another, because inwardly, they are all one.
