What does Chapter 21 say is the main requirement for being able to meet a Saint?

📖 Chapter 21

According to the teachings in Chapter 21, the ability to meet Saints and Sages is not a simple matter but depends entirely on divine will and one's own fortune. The chapter states that the "company of Saints is not accessible to the unfortunate" and that this union is easy "only when God’s grace is present." The author emphasizes that without this grace, the meeting is difficult to attain. He uses his own past failure to visit Pir Maulana as an example, concluding that even if a Saint is physically near, a person held back by ill-luck or sin will be unable to see them.
