What does Chapter 21 say are the necessary conditions for a person to be able to meet a Saint?

📖 Chapter 21

Chapter 21 of the Sai Satcharitra clearly states that the ability to encounter Saints and Sages is not a common occurrence but a result of divine blessing. The text posits that "Unless good fortune dawns, One does not encounter Saints and Sages." It further clarifies that this opportunity is easy only when "God’s grace is present; otherwise, this union is difficult to attain." The author uses his own failure to visit the Siddha Pir Maulana, despite being nearby, as proof that ill-luck can prevent such a meeting. Therefore, according to Chapter 21, the primary prerequisites for having the company of Saints are the dawning of good fortune and the presence of God's grace.
