What does Baba teach are the most important offerings for a Guru?

According to the teachings presented in Chapter 19, the most important offerings a disciple can give to their Guru are not material wealth but spiritual virtues. Baba explains this through a metaphor where his Guru asked for 'two paise'. These were not coins but represented Faith (Nishtha) and Patience (Saburi). The text clarifies that the Guru, being one whose desires are fulfilled, has no need for worldly money. Instead, a Guru expects 'strong faith at the Guru’s feet and the strength of courage which is patience.' These two qualities are described as inseparable, 'like two sisters, dear as life to each other,' and are the true gifts that please a spiritual teacher.
