What does Baba say about the ultimate goal of meditation and the state of liberation?

📖 Chapter 19

According to Baba's teachings in Chapter 19, the ultimate goal is a state of Samadhi, where the mind becomes perfectly still, like a lamp in a windless place. This is achieved when the focus of contemplation matures to the point where the meditator and the act of meditation dissolve. To reach this, one must become free from all desires and know that He (God, the Inner Self) resides in all beings. Upon reaching this state of non-duality, the 'bonds of action created by ignorance break apart,' restrictions fall away, and one 'enjoys the bliss of liberation.'
