What do the teachings say about the cycle of birth and death and how to overcome it?

📖 Chapter 37

Chapter 37 explains that birth is a form emerging from the unmanifest, and death is its return to the unmanifest. The text identifies adharma (unrighteousness), ignorance, anger, and hatred as the 'nooses of death.' A person who believes in the separateness of their self from the ultimate reality (Parabrahman) is subject to the eternal cycle of birth and death, known as Samsara. To overcome this cycle is to cross these nooses and enter the 'heavenly world,' which is not a place but a state of being free from such delusions. The path to liberation involves seeing the same divine principle in all things and transcending the ignorance that creates a sense of a separate self.
