What did the sannyasi Vijayananda observe in the Shirdi masjid that made him feel devoted, even after Baba spoke harshly?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 31

Even though he was initially distressed by Baba's words, the sannyasi stayed and witnessed the "morning darbar" in the masjid. According to Chapter 31, he was stunned by the scene. He saw a dense crowd of devotees performing acts of pure worship, such as washing Baba's feet and drinking the water, applying sandalwood paste, and sprinkling perfumes. Crucially, he noted that the "distinctions of Brahmin-Shudra castes were forgotten in that relationship." As Chapter 31 explains, seeing this selfless service and unity flooded the sannyasi with devotion, making his footstep unwilling to go back despite the initial rejection.
