What did other prominent saints think of Maharaj when they encountered him?

Several prominent saints held Maharaj in very high esteem. Chapter 0 recounts how Gangagir Baba, upon seeing Maharaj carrying water, immediately recognized his spiritual stature. He referred to Maharaj as "purely a gem" and told the villagers they were very lucky to have him. Similarly, Anandnath Maharaj of Akkalkot, a disciple of the famous Swami of Akkalkot, made a spontaneous trip to Shirdi and declared, "This is a diamond. You don't know its true value." These accounts show that other holy men immediately perceived Maharaj's profound spiritual worth.
