What did Laxmichand think when he saw Baba coughing, and how did Baba respond?

As described in Chapter 28, during a Chavadi procession celebration one night, Sai Baba developed a cough. Witnessing this, a devotee named Laxmichand had a thought in his mind, wondering if the cough was a result of someone casting an evil eye on Baba. The scripture notes this was purely a mental thought. The next morning, when Laxmichand went to the masjid, Sai Baba began speaking about the very same thing.
