What devotional practice did Sai Baba undertake in his final days before passing away?

📖 Chapter 44

According to the account in Chapter 44, as Sai Baba knew his end was near, he engaged in a specific and prolonged devotional act. For a continuous period of fourteen days and nights, he listened to the Ramayana being recited by a Brahmin. Baba did this with intense, focused contemplation. The scripture mentions that this two-week period of listening to the Ramayana concluded on the day of Vijayadashami, which was the day Baba attained the state of bodilessness, or passed away.
