What details are given about Damu Anna's involvement with the Ram Navami festival in Shirdi?

📖 Chapter 25

Damu Anna's involvement in the annual Ram Navami festival was a significant expression of his devotion. As detailed in Chapter 25, two large new flags are part of a procession in Shirdi for the festival. One of these flags was provided by Damu Anna, and the other by the Nimonkars. This was a regular vow he fulfilled for many years with what is described as "uninterrupted love and devotion." The procession would commence from the house of Kondaji Sutara, the carpenter, and, accompanied by musical instruments, the flags would be taken to the Masjid where the long banners were tied to its two ends.
