What circumstances led Damu Shet Kasar to seek out Maharaj, and what was the result of their meeting?

Damodar Savlaram, also known as Damu Shet Kasar, was deeply distressed because he remained childless despite having two wives. As recounted in Chapter 0, it was on the suggestion of Madhavrao Deshpande's father-in-law, Ra. Govindrao Sapkar, that he decided to visit Shirdi and seek Maharaj's blessing. Damu Shet followed this advice, and after meeting Maharaj, he received a blessing. The text confirms that this blessing came to fruition, and he was blessed with a son, which naturally caused his faith in Maharaj to become firmly established.
