What can you tell me about the devotees Kashiram and Mhalasapati and their relationship with Maharaj?

Both Kashiram and Mhalasapati were devoted to Maharaj, but their relationships were distinct. Chapter 0 describes Kashiram as a brave devotee whose life was saved by Maharaj's intervention during a violent attack by thieves, for which he received a sword from the government. Mhalasapati, on the other hand, had an extremely close and intimate relationship with Maharaj.
